English Star Bar Soap

Brigit Organics’ Description:

“88% ORGANIC.

Contains paprika for a natural pink color along with pure essential oils of lemon, geranium rose, and sandalwood. A gentle soap with a comforting, old-fashioned scent. Same scent as our “With Heart” bar soaps.
Ingredients: saponified extra virgin olive oil*, filtered water, ground paprika*, pureessential oils of lemon*, geranium rose*, and sandalwood.

Kelp Turtle Bar Soap

With organic kelp and essential oils of petit grain, cedar and lemon. A fresh, green smell combined with all the nutrients of mother ocean.

My Description & Thoughts on the soaps:

Needless to say, the first thing I noticed about these bars of soap was the creative and fun shapes. My opinion became even higher after using them and reading the ingredient lists. The ingredients are almost entirely all organic, which is reassuring. The English star soap is earthy with a bit of spice and the kelp turtle soap smells like the ocean with a dash of zest. Both soaps lather up perfectly and do not dry out skin.

I would recommend these and all of the other Brigit soaps to anyone looking for a change with their bath or hand soap. These soaps are unique in shape and scent and I’ve truly enjoyed having them in my shower and by my sinks.

Baby Castile Lavender Body Wash

Brigit Organics’ Description:

Relaxing for baby and mom using aromatherapeutic plant essences. Luscious Castile body wash infused with chamomile and lavender for a soothing bath time. Our gentle lather won’t strip baby’s delicate skin of natural oils and will leave skin feeling soft and clean.

My Description & Thoughts:

I constantly have my eyes peeled for a organic bath soap that I can use with my 5 year old. This soap is everything I could ask for (except that other 12% organic ;) The smell is flowery and divine and she loves it. It is soft and gentle on her skin and doesn’t strip the essential moisture.

I’d recommend this body wash to parents looking for an organic alternative to the current soap they’re using. I assure you, this bath soap is heads and shoulders above any soap you can buy at the drug store.

Sandalwood Shea Butter

Brigit Organics’ Description:

My Description & Thoughts:

The IDEAL shea butter. I use this as a hand cream and it nourishes and hydrates even the driest skin. I love the aroma of sandalwood, so I truly cannot say enough good things about this one. It’s the perfect size to keep in my purse or next to the sink.

I’d recommend it to anyone with thirsty skin on their hands. This shea butter will do the trick. I also believe it to be the perfect unisex scent!

Magic Skin Balm Stick

Brigit Organics’ Description:

My Description & Thoughts:

I do not have the most helpful thoughts to offer with this product because I have not had any skin conditions to use this product on. The only thing so far that this stick has been useful for are my dried and slightly cracked cuticles around my finger nails. It did the trick and they healed in about a week’s time. I love the ingredients–they couldn’t be better.

I strangely look forward to having a few bites or burns so that I can truly put this product to the test! :) I’d recommend it to anyone–I believe these plant ingredients are effective and very high quality.

Red Lip Balm

My Description & Thoughts on the lip balms:

Excellent ingredients and moisturize my lips perfectly. I like using the red balm underneath lip color to add an organic base–the color is subtle and pretty. The honey is best for everyday wear. They are both simple, nourishing and do exactly what you’d want a lip balm to do. Both are great to keep in your purse for day and night. I’d recommend these to a gal looking for a great go-to lip balm. The honey would also be great for men, too!
